Necessary hard copy documents are secured in locked file cabinets accessible only to those with a need to know. Company staff is trained in proper handling procedures of all information. CLIENT ACCESS TO PERSONAL INFORMATION Clients are encouraged to make copies of information they provide to Your-Growth for their own records. Should Clients wish to have access to any other information which may be on file, they may do so at any time by making a written request for access to their personal information. This access will be at the clients’ own cost. At a mutually convenient time, clients will have the opportunity to view their information. Your-Growth will not be held liable for any detriment that may be caused or arise as a result of not receiving any change or update to the Clients personal information.
